Angus Barnes, WCA Chair expresses:

There are many excellent young wine industry communicators in South Australia and we are very pleased that through the support of the South Australian Government, we can help one person with their journey.

We were delighted with the calibre of the entries from across South Australia – Emily Hay showed enthusiasm and passion for the industry which combined with her increasing experience, made her a worthy recipient.

We believe that this cadetship will help Emily by giving her access to people and activities which should help her accelerate her career.

We thank the South Australian Government for their support of this program and look forward to hearing about Emily’s journey going forward.
