The wine category has been so far exempted from mandatory nutrition and ingredients labelling, excepting ingredients that may have allergenic effects (i.e. sulphites). However, the growing demand for transparency coupled with the possibility that labelling regulations may change in the near future, recommend us to take a look the reaction consumers have when nutritional information and ingredients appear on wine labels.

In this webinar Assoc. Prof. Armando Maria Corsi – Adelaide Business School will provide you with an overview on the current status of the labelling regulation, followed by some insights from a cross-country study conducted in Australia, Italy and Germany.
