How are we talking about Grenache right now — and who are we talking to?

This industry-focused gathering invites wine communicators, winery teams and consultants to come together for an informal evening exploring how Grenache is being communicated to contemporary audiences. Using Grenache as a lens, the discussion will consider how ideas of heritage, old vines and place are being framed in ways that feel relevant, engaging and meaningful to newer generations of wine drinkers.

Rather than a technical deep dive or a formal tasting, the emphasis is on conversation: how language is chosen, how stories are shaped, and how curiosity and connection are created around wines with history and depth. Grenache, with its diversity of site, style and cultural positioning, provides a useful starting point for thinking more broadly about communication across the wine landscape.

The evening will feature a small, illustrative tasting of Grenache wines to support the discussion, helping ground ideas without driving the agenda. The format is designed to encourage exchange — between producers, marketers, sales professionals, writers and advisors — and to surface shared challenges, insights and questions.

This event is ideal for anyone working for, or alongside, wineries who is interested in how specialist producers are approaching storytelling, positioning and engagement in a changing wine culture.
